CRANBERRY BOURBON COCKTAIL

    • 1 ½ ounces* bourbon whiskey

    • 1 ounce sweet red vermouth

    • 2 ounces orange juice

    • 1 ounce unsweetened cranberry juice

    • ½ ounce simple syrup

    • Shake on ice until well-chilled

    • Strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube

    • Garnish with fresh cranberries, rosemary sprigs

2BAR TODDY

    • 1 ½ ounces 2BAR Bourbon
      (great with the Amaretto Barrel Finished)

    • ½ ounce honey 

    • ½ oz lemon juice

    • ½ cup steaming hot water

    • Pour hot water into mug. Add in bourbon, lemon juice, & honey, stir to incorporate.

    • Garnish with a lemon wedge, cinnamon stick.

CHOCOLATE ORANGE OLD-FASHIONED

    • 2 oz.  2BAR Bottled in bond 

    • 1 oz. Cointreau

    • .25 oz. simple syrup 

    • 2-3 dashes 2BAR Chocolate bitters

    • Add bourbon,  liqueur & bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled

    • Strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube

    • Garnish with  Luxardo cherry, and or orange peel

Tootsie Roll

    • 2 oz 2BAR Wine Barrel finished Bourbon

    • 1 oz  Pedro Ximénez sherry

    • ½ oz sweet vermouth (like Cocchi)

    • 6 dashes 2BAR x Spinnaker chocolate bitters

    • Garnish: Luxardo maraschino cherry

    Add the Bourbon, sherry, vermouth  and chocolate bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.

    Strain into a chilled cocktail  glass.

    Garnish with a cherry.cinnamon stick.

2BAR BOURBON CIDER COCKTAIL

    • 2oz 2BAR straight bourbon whiskey

    • 2oz fresh washington apple cider

    • ½oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

    • Shake well on ice, strain over large ice cube

    • Garnish with thin apple slice

Paper Plane

    • 3/4 oz Bourbon (preferably slightly higher-proof, 43–46% ABV)

    • 3/4 oz Aperol

    • 3/4 oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia

    • 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice

    • Garnish: Lemon twist or a small paper plane

    Directions
    Chill a coupe or cocktail glass in the freezer. Add the bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, and fresh lemon juice to a cocktail shaker, fill with ice, and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled. Double strain into the chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon twist or a small folded paper plane.
